30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and undamaged.
- It must have all original tags attached.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return

Important: Please do not send items back to us without first requesting a return, as they will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and resolve it for you promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item. Your returned item must meet the same eligibility conditions mentioned above (unworn, with tags, in original packaging, with proof of purchase).
Refunds
We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return. We will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
